The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya invites applications in Prescribed Format from Indian Nationals for appointment on permanent/ contract / deputation basis, possessing consistently good academic record and
requisite qualifications and experience, with commitment to work, passion for teaching & research and an inclination towards institutional development, for positions of Assistant Professors and Associate Professor  in various disciplines.

• Assistant Professor / Associate Professor : 10 posts (UR-3, OBC-3, SC-3, PWD-1) on regular/ contract basis in various disciplines,  Pay Scale : for Assistant Professor Rs. 15600-39100 AGP Rs. 6000 / 7000 / 8000 and Rs. 37400-67000 AGP Rs. 9500 for Associate Professor posts
